The Delmarva Review is a literary journal publishing original short fiction, poetry, creative nonfiction, and short reviews. Compelling writing, in English, from all authors will be considered. The Review selects literary work from the region and beyond.
We encourage great story-telling and moving poetry. Our standards are for memorable prose and poetry exhibiting skillful expression. If you are new to the writing scene, we hope to discover you. If you are an established author, we welcome your best unpublished work.
We also seek illustrative work in the form of photography or other art to be considered for the cover.
Volume 5 of the Review is now available for $12 each. Two-year subscriptions are $20. A downloadable, digital edition is available for purchase on Amazon.com, under Kindle listings.
The Delmarva Review is published by the Eastern Shore Writers Association (ESWA), a nonprofit organization of writers across the tristate region of the Delmarva Peninsula, including portions of Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia. Publication of the fifth issue of The Delmarva Review was funded by private contributions and sales.
